By using Dio, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dio (or the minimum age required by Discord in your region).
By playing, you confirm that you meet Discord's Terms of Service requirements.

Cheating is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to the use of exploits, bugs, scripts, automation, bots, macros, or any other method that provides an unfair advantage in Dio.
Players must not abuse glitches or unintended mechanics. If you discover a bug or exploit in Dio, you are expected to report it instead of using it.
Any attempt to manipulate Dio's systems in ways not intended may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

Respect other players. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spamming, or any other disruptive behavior is not tolerated in Dio.
Do not impersonate Dio's staff, moderators, or other players.
Follow all applicable Discord rules and guidelines.

Your Discord account is your identity in Dio. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Dio may collect limited data (such as game progress, stats, and interactions) necessary to provide gameplay.
We do not share or sell your data. However, Discord's own platform rules and privacy policies apply.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Dio at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Bans and suspensions in Dio are final and may not be appealed unless otherwise stated.

Dio is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, lost progress, or any damages resulting from use of Dio.
Dio is for entertainment purposes only.

These Terms may be updated at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify players through Discord or other appropriate means.

By continuing to use Dio, you agree to these Terms of Service.
