- Skull HP: 10% of the boss's max HP, no damage resistance
- While the skull endures, the boss gains +300 curse resistance to every curse
- 1% rage is added to Dominate per 1% of skull HP lost (0–100 scale)
- When the skull is destroyed, the boss's rage is set to 100 and the curse resistance bonus is removed
