Overview
- After your opponent uses an active ability, they receive Madness buildup
- If the opponent uses the same ability twice in a row, there is a chance that ability becomes randomly replaced
- Using any other ability in between resets the consecutive counter
- The new ability will be the same level as the ability it is replacing
- The new ability cannot be prestige-locked

If your opponent uses the same ability twice in a row, there is a very likely chance to hallucinate and randomly replace it, gaining Madness buildup
