Overview
- Active Ability
- Pick your target upfront (ally, self, or enemy), then choose Heal or Damage on cast
- Each *unique* target you cast Omen on permanently scales future Omen casts
- Heal is capped at 50% of the target's max HP per cast
- Damage is almighty and cannot crit. Damage casts also inflict 20 Haunt buildup + 30 per prior unique target
- Energy cost escalates by +1 per prior cast this match (first cast is the base cost)
